John F. (Jack) McGuire joined the Gogreen Board of Directors in March of 2009. Jack is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cambridge Heart, Inc., a medical device company which provides products that diagnose patients likelihood of future cardiac arrest; the Board of Governors of the American Red Cross Blood Program for Northern New England, which he will Chair beginning in October of 2009; and the Board of Governors of the Twin Pines Housing Trust in Vermont. Additionally, Jack is a member of the Boards of Advisors for LEK Consulting in North America and for Entropy Solutions, Inc., an eco-friendly packaging and temperature management products company. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Business Management at the Tuck School at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and currently consults for a variety of clients worldwide on corporate transformations, corporate strategy, sales and marketing management, and organizational behavior.
Prior to retiring from corporate life in 2007, Jack was the President and CEO of the American Red Cross (ARC) in Washington, DC., responsible for all operations of the organization. Before becoming CEO in 2004, he was the Executive Vice President of the ARC’s Biomedical Services, responsible for the American Red Cross National Blood Program.
In 1997, Jack was named CEO, President and Director of Hemasure, Inc., a small US public company traded on the NASDAQ exchange. He sold Hemasure to Whatman plc. in 2001, and subsequently ran Whatman’s operations in North America.
Earlier in his career, Jack worked in the large corporate world for 20 tears in North America and Europe with E. I. Dupont de Nemours and Co.,Inc., and with Johnson and Johnson (J&J). For Dupont he ran sales, marketing and strategy operations in the medical diagnostics and bioresearch fields. He moved to J&J in 1988 to become Director of Marketing and Sales for Aids and Hepatitis diagnostic products and introduced the first tests to detect Hepatitis C in blood donors. He was named Managing Director of Orthodiagnostic Products in the UK and Nordic countries in 1991, and added the additional responsibility of Managing Director of the Benelux countries in 1993. Jack finished his corporate experience with J&J with assignments as Worldwide Vice President of Marketing and Sales for diagnostic products and as Vice President and General Manager for two separate buiness units in the medical diagnostics area.
A former Captain in th US Marine Corps, Jack has a Bachelor’s degree from Iona College in Chemistry and an MBA from Harvard University.

Matt McGuire is President of JCAM Advanced Mobility, a company he co-founded with Jackie Chan in early 2006. JCAM focuses on identifying and marketing eco-friendly and efficient, advanced transportation technologies throughout Asia Pacific with primary attention in South Korea, China PRC, Hong Kong, and Singapore. As President, Mr. McGuire is responsible for daily operations and tactics of JCAM as well as identifying new business expansion opportunities and charting the company’s long-term direction. Under his leadership JCAM has grown into a company with diverse and growing business interests, operating in over 7 countries. In addition JCAM has earned Hong Kong Business’s High-Flyers Outstanding Enterprises Award (Modern Alternative Technology) 2006, and generates revenues exceeding HK$20MM.
Mr. McGuire has spent his entire career in the advanced technology field. While studying design, communications, and Japanese language at Northeastern University in Boston, he began his employment at SensAble Technologies Inc., an MIT startup and leading developer of 3D touch-enabled (force feedback) solutions and technologies that improve the way humans interact within and through virtual environments. During this time Mr. McGuire was responsible for providing usability feedback and quality assurance that assisted greatly in the development of the Phantom® Haptic Device and FreeForm®, a digital 3D modeling software that utilized the Phantom to empower designers to actually feel the computer generated models they were developing.
In 2000, Mr. McGuire relocated to Tokyo, Japan to assist in opening SensAble’s APAC regional office and provide regional product sales and specialist support for the Asia Pacific region.
In 2002 Mr. McGuire left Japan for Hong Kong to open and manage SensAble’s second Asian office and to focus on marketing the technology in South East Asia, primarily to Southern Chinese manufacturing facilities. Through his experience in working with these facilities Mr. McGuire realized a common disconnect in communication between designers and manufacturers that often resulted in less than satisfactory production quality, extended production lead times, and excessive costs to both the design firms and manufacturers.
In 2003 Mr. McGuire founded AML, a company that utilized the hardware and software systems he had helped develop and market in Asia. These technologies helped to bridge the gap in communication and understanding between Western designers and Chinese manufacturers. Since 2003 AML has assisted toy companies including MegaBloks® and Schleich GMBH as well as medical educational companies such as Anatstat in successfully developing and producing higher quality parts from China while realizing quicker turnaround times and reduced costs.
Mr. McGuire has a keen interest in innovations that have the capacity to improve society and at every opportunity incorporates them into his personal life. He is committed to continually searching out and developing other socially responsible businesses. He currently lives in Hong Kong with his wife and daughter.

Michael started his working life as a career Air Force officer for about 9 years specialising in operations and contingency planning, doctrine development and new capability development.
He then spent the ensuing 18 years in primarily the events, publishing and media circles largely in sales and marketing, business development and general management roles. In events management, he played critical roles in some of the largest medical congresses ever held then in Singapore in the fields of ophthalmology, radiology and dentistry, staging some of the earliest Broadway musicals and the first Ringling Bros Walt Disney World on Ice. His years in consumer publishing covered pan-Asian publications in the premier lifestyle, flight, travel and fashion genres. Moving to business publishing, he was Asia COO of a Reed Elsevier unit that published for the fields of electronics, entertainment, travel and manufacturing across all major markets and business information service LEXISNEXIS(tm). Prior to joining SUTL Corporation as their COO for Leisure and Lifestyle, he spent five years consulting for the media industry including the movie and TV content sector.
At SUTL, he looks after all businesses within Asia that covers the marina, quick-service restaurants, wellness, casual dining, family entertainment and leisure sports sectors.
He is married with four children, conversant in English and Mandarin and speaks several Chinese dialects and a smattering of Asian languages.
Michael loves sports and continues to play several regularly.

Charles Reed is the CEO of DOCOMO interTouch, which is a provider of leading edge technology and managed services to the global Hospitality Industry. Since joining the company in 2005, he has led the transformation of the company (then know as interTouch) with an annual revenue of $10 million in 2005 to become DOCOMO interTouch with an annual revenue of over $150 million in 2010. He was the architect of the merger of MagiNet, Nomadix, Azure and interTouch in 2008 to create DOCOMO interTouch which is now the market leader in Asia and MEA.
Prior to joining DOCOMO interTouch, Charles held the position of CEO at Personal Broadband Australia which rolled out the first iBurstTM Broadband Wireless System in the world. This system is based on a unique spatial differentiation wireless technology. Charles was also a senior executive at Telecom Venture Group, which was voted best private equity fund in Asia in 2001 by the Venture Capital Association. He also held senior positions across the globe at O2 (Hong Kong and the United Kingdom), as well as, Excelcomindo, a major mobile carrier operator in Indonesia.
Charles holds a bachelors degree in Engineering and Mathematics (B.Sc Eng) from the University of Bristol.

A veteran in the real estate business for over 30 years, Simon has made his mark in the industry after taking over his family business Heng Fatt Property in 1982. Since 1994, Simon had been instrumental as the real estate guru for famous names in the Hong Kong entertainment and show business such as Jackie Chan, Wakin Chau, Andy Lau, the late Anita Mui and Teresa Teng, handling and managing their property investments.
Following his success in the real estate industry, Simon branched out into the nightlife and entertainment business in 2001. Over the past 11 years, Simon has created a strong following for his Chinese music nightlife business concepts at the Tanjong Pagar area - the 50s which offers an all-in-one entertainment experience with karaoke, music lounge and bar concept in a 4-storey conservation shophouse, while EZ50 offers live Chinese music through veteran musicians in a lofty bar setting.
Married with four children, Simon leads an active lifestyle and enjoys golfing, swimming and working out in the gym on a regular basis.
