Terms and Conditions

  1. Present your License Card before payment is made to be entitled to the Segway® Eco Dollar reward and other privileges.

  2. The License Card is non-transferable and it is not a credit card, and thus has no payment function as such.

  3. Segway® Eco Dollars are non-transferable and are not redeemable or convertible for cash.

  4. Each person is entitled to one License Card.

  5. The License Card entitles member to collect Segway® Eco Dollars for Gogreen purchases at any Gogreen Segway® Eco Ride only in Singapore.

  6. Accumulated Segway® Eco Dollars for each year are redeemable until the 31st December of the following calendar year. E.g. Segway® Eco Dollars for the year 2009 can be accumulated until 31st December 2009, and will be valid until 31st December 2010. All Segway® Eco Dollars not redeemed within the given period will expire.

  7. Accumulated Segway® Eco Dollars at point of purchase will be updated by the following day and only be available for redemption subsequently.

  8. The redemption privileges and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Gogreen.

  9. Applicants are to show proof of prior training with the usage of Segway® Personal Transporter (PT) with an official receipt of GoGreen Guided Eco Adventure.

  10. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of and is subjected to its terms and conditions.

  11. Mail-in your completed application form to the GoGreen corporate office or drop it at any Gogreen ride in Singapore. Your personalized card will be ready and be sent to your mailing address in 4 weeks’ time. Should you fail to receive it, please contact us at 9825 4066 or email us at info@segway-sentosa.com.

  12. In case of loss or damage, please notify us in writing and enclose S$10.00 cheque payable to GoGreen Holdings Pte Ltd.
